This product is a high-end grout sealing solution specially designed for wood floor gaps. Adopting environmentally friendly epoxy resin and curing agent compound technology, it features strong adhesion, flexibility and wear resistance. It can effectively fill gaps of 0.5-5mm between wood floors, solving problems such as dust accumulation, mold growth and water seepage in gaps. Meanwhile, it enhances the overall visual effect of the floor and extends the service life of wood floors.

Application Scenarios

Usage Instructions
- Clean Gaps: Thoroughly remove dust, debris and oil stains from wood floor gaps, ensuring gaps are dry and free of standing water (vacuum cleaning + cloth wiping is recommended).
- Apply Masking Tape: Stick masking tape on the floor surface along both sides of the gaps to prevent grout contamination (masking tape should be about 2mm away from the gap edges).
- Apply Grout Sealant: Load the grout into a caulking gun and squeeze evenly into the gaps, ensuring full filling without air bubbles.
- Smooth & Trim: Use a scraper (or special grout smoothing ball) to smooth along the gap direction. Wipe off excess grout with a damp cloth in a timely manner.
- Remove Masking Tape: Tear off the masking tape within 1-2 hours after construction (before curing) and wait for full curing before normal use.
Notes
- Construction ambient temperature should be between 5-35℃. Avoid construction on rainy days or in high-humidity environments.
- Gap depth is recommended to be ≥3mm to ensure firm adhesion and long-lasting effect of the grout.
- Avoid stepping, getting wet or placing heavy objects during curing to prevent affecting the forming effect.
- Use the product as soon as possible after opening. Seal and store unused portions to avoid moisture-induced curing.
- In case of skin contact, rinse immediately with water; if it gets into eyes, seek medical attention promptly.
